You ordered a white chalk marker and I wanted to give you some advice. We have designed our holders primarily to accommodate all types of magnets. Although writing functionality is available, it requires regular maintenance to avoid persistent marks.
To clean, we recommend using a microfiber slightly moistened with a small amount of washing-up liquid. Do not hesitate to rub more intensely on marks.

However, we are sorry to hear that your second purchase, the pinkish-beige rectangle board size S, did not fully meet your expectations.
The geometric shapes supplied with the board must be flat and not curved to ensure optimum adhesion; if you find that they are a little curved, you can flatten them with a little weight for 48 hours.
Admittedly, the colored coating slightly reduces the magnetic power. However, I can assure you that these magnets have been rigorously tested on colored boards, and I can guarantee that they offer reliable adhesion. To hang a photo or a drawing, it's best to use 2 magnets.
